Order Processing
Every Coastal Skallywag product is made to order just for you. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
During holidays or new product launches, production may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Multiple Items
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Since products are printed and fulfilled at different facilities, you may receive your items on different days.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
